Orara Construction & Maintenance (OCM) is proud to be a family-owned and operated business with a combined 50 years of experience. Founded by Frank Sillince, OCM has grown through the dedication of Frank’s sons, who have followed in his footsteps as apprentices and are now Directors of the company. Wil Sillince, grandson of Frank, has recently completed his apprenticeship and is now a fully qualified carpenter at OCM, while Ewan Jarman, nephew to Matthew and Lee, began his apprenticeship in early 2024. Our office is expertly managed by Joanne Jarman, sister to Matt and Lee and mother to Ewan, ensuring smooth operations across all our projects.
We proudly serve the Coffs Coast region and work extensively from Lismore to Port Macquarie and westward to Narrabri, delivering top-quality craftsmanship and service across a wide range of construction and maintenance projects.
